DISSECTION OF THE HUMAN MIND

In case you are wondering, I enjoy dissecting different subjects so that I can understand them.

I like to think for myself and not just take anyone’s word for it.

Everyone experiences things in different ways. What I am averse to, someone else is not.

I have become more desensitised over the years as some horrors that I used to fear no longer have that scary effect on me.

The truth is that I watched many scary films to take my mind off the horrific reality of my own life.

It reminds me of why people tend to sit down and watch soaps on television all day because the story of the screenplay is something they can resonate with, only it feels like a worser situation.

I have stopped running away from reality as I now prefer to face it head-on.

No matter what happens in my life or my mind, I must deal with it.

Every subject important to me is what I love to dissect and evaluate what it means to me on a personal level.

I am not suggesting that everything is a matter of fact to anyone. It is just my truth.

If we looked deep within our sub-conscience, we could work out many things for ourselves.

You will find that most of the answers lie within.

We should, as adults, have the maturity to be able to decipher things ourselves, especially if we have gone through lived experiences.

However, some people will get bitten more than twice to learn the lesson.

Long-term grievances that we have towards others take time to work through.

Healing and growth are necessary; that only happens after some time and can take years to resolve.

The beauty of being able to dissect the subjects of life is being open to seeing things in different ways.

I am a person who loves to ‘think out of the box’ as it enables me to be able to relate to others without judgement.

In everything, there must be a balance.
