PSYCHOLOGICAL MURDER IS MY DIAGNOSIS

I know that people will think I am crazy producing with what I believe is an offence towards the wellbeing of another. No comment.

I believe you are not only guilty of murder by physically killing them but that you can psychologically contribute to someone else’s illness by destroying their peace of mind.

It's not a criminal offence in the eyes of the law but in spiritual law they are murderers as they are stealing away someone else's peace and happiness.

Last week I spent my time studying the main causes behind terminal cancer and found that the disease can be lying dormant in the body for years before diagnosed.

Why I chose this illness is because I work closely with the Alliance on a psychological level.

My Father is a good example as he spent his life stressing over everything. I can only imagine the stress a responsible loving person who is invested in their family and the future is under. He developed a stomach ulcer in his late forties through the worries and pressures of life.

A medical professional on assessing him had told him that he carried all of his problems in the area of his stomach after he was diagnosed with end stage cancer.

I believe that his death was a combination of many environmental factors. Could it have been avoided??

In conclusion to diet and lifestyle being part of the equation for illnesses we cannot rule out the emotional and mental pressures of life.

It is enough that we live in a toxic environment which is a stress factor any other added pressure is the killer.

The stresses are not just narrowed down to financial struggles but also the negative things we allow in our lives which do not serve us.

The Environmental Factor being pollution, the dysfunctional behaviours of others the changes in the economy that are affecting us etcetera.

Some would say that this is what pushes people to suicide or depending on how we look at it we become a victim of psychological murder.

I was listening to some lyrics from my favourite Rap Artist 50 Cent which says: -

“Sunny days wouldn’t be special if it wasn’t for rain
Joy wouldn’t feel so good if it wasn’t for pain
Death gotta be easy, ’cause life is hard
It’ll leave you physically, mentally and emotionally scarred”

Death is final and brings peace and life is the hardest lesson we will ever have to learn as we continue with the struggle.

It is hard to regularly maintain a positive mindset when you are up against the negative forces of life.

I believe that the more pressure you are under and the negative behaviours you have had to tolerate are the things that psychologically murder you.

People always blame the disease or the doctor, but it is not always the case if you step back and look at the cause.

Stress is the number one factor for flare ups and the degeneration of an illness. I know that because I suffer from mental health challenges and degeneration of my cervical spine.

When I look at how I used to smoke and consume copious amounts of drink it wouldn’t be surprising if I ended up with a respiratory illness or even liver cancer.

The fact that I abused my body is a contributory factor but the reasons for doing this are psychological as well as stupid.

I brought it on myself, but if we look at my state of mind and the environmental factors this it was purely based on the constant stress that I was exposed to, and the unhappiness that I have been feeling most of my life.

The negative energy being directed my way has a big impact on my mental and emotional health.

It’s not like that today as I have learnt to distance myself from anything that upsets my equilibrium.

In everything there must be a balance.
