Some may question my decision to open up and express my innermost thoughts and emotions to the world.

I only choose to share information that contributes to personal development and education.

I respect the privacy of others and would never disclose personal details, identities, or stories that are not mine to share.

Nevertheless, individuals will be woven into my tale without revealing their identities, aware only of the role they played.

I strive to share the positive, the negative, and the challenging moments, and how I have come to recognise my personal defects.

There was a time when I felt unseen, unheard and unnoticed by the world, like I didn't fit in anywhere.

There was a period in my life when I failed to defend myself, allowing others to take my power.

There was a period in my life when I believed things would never get better. I was flawed and unworthy of love.

I once wallowed in misery and self-pity, but then I decided to take control of my own destiny.

I share my journey to inspire others to break free from the obstacles preventing them from truly living their lives.

I tell my tale to remind others that they are never truly alone.

I share my journey to show that there is always hope in life, no matter how long it takes to awaken from your inner struggles and confront your demons.
